Scottish Championship Basketball U16 Woman Division 1

Only 4 behind at the half, Fury’s poor third quarter saw them fall out of a game that was always going to be tough without Scotland International Rosie Wallace – out through injury. However fellow Scotland Internationals Eabha Kerr – 17pts, Abby Rutter – 16pts and Katie McEwan – 15pts along with their teammates gave 100% as they fought all the way against a solid Wolves side. For Kerr and Rutter who still have another season as Cadettes this was again encouraging performances for the young players. Kerr in the guard spot has a lot of responsibility and is doing a great job as is Rutter whose shooting ability continues to develop. For Fury it was a the same story as has been the case throughout the season, never have the ability to put a full side and going close in now several games that could have gone either way.
