Scottish Division 1 Championship U18 Men’s Basketball

Fury Junior Men 1 overpowered a Glasgow City side by 121 – 38 and the win maintains the teams push for the Division 1 Scottish title. Mitchell Stirling top scored on 25. Scott Lothian had 24pts with Kieran Allan 17, Ben Small 16 and Nathan Cuthbert 14. Fury were able to rest key bigs, Scotland International Jordan Ferguson and the teams top scorer this season Sardar Pandher. The display by the Fury first year juniors in the team showed that the club will once again be challenging for honors in season 18-19. Kieran Allan and Nathan Cuthbert were once again in fine 3 point shooting form. Both Cadet Mens' teams however suffered heavy defeats, with Scotland Internationals Jack Davidson and Jake Cavanagh out of the Fury 1 team, Tayside Musketeers Basketball Club took an easy 72-27 win. Glasgow City’s first team who play in Division 2 also,easily defeated Fury’s second team by 90pts to 39.
